The Clogherinkoe & Broadford Film Awards 2025 is a major fundraising initiative to support the next big leap in the  development of our club’s facilities, developing further what is already a hugely valuable resource for the entire community. The 5 clubs (cogherinkoe, broadford hurling, broadford camogie, balyna boys and girls) that use the facilities have come together to organise the event.

Over the past number of years, we’ve made huge strides in improving our grounds, pitches, and amenities—creating a space that is more than just a sports club. It’s a community hub where people of all ages come together, whether for football, social events, or other activities. 

The funds raised from this event, (along with a grant from the sports capital programme) will help continue that progress, specifically enabling us to develop the second pitch and training area that we purchased in 2015 – levelling and installing great drainage facilties that will enable more matches for our clubs and schools to be played on good quality pitch as well as enabling training for players of all ages to take place throughout the year. Above that we will also put some of the funds into keeping the great facilities that we have in great shape.
